How to read these prices
These are Mikrometa’s published service prices. USD and EUR prices are set independently. Your proposal confirms the billing currency, selected package and any additional requirements. Projects are one-time fees; managed services are billed monthly. All prices exclude applicable taxes.
Software licences, AI/API usage, premium third-party services, additional cloud resources, migration, hardware purchases and usage beyond stated allowances are extra unless explicitly included. Colocation onboarding and cross-connect charges are quoted separately. Unused service hours do not roll over in these plans.
Service hours, response targets, backup responsibilities, renewal terms and any SLA are agreed in the final contract. Around-the-clock support is available only where explicitly scoped and priced.
